Reserve is a booking platform that connects customers with venues, providers, and resources. When you make a booking through Reserve, you enter into a contract with the venue you book with. Reserve acts as the booking intermediary.
Each venue sets its own cancellation policy, lead times, and refund rules. These policies are shown before you confirm a booking. By confirming, you agree to the venue’s policy in addition to these terms.
Online payments are handled by Stripe Connect. Each participating venue maintains its own Stripe connected account; Reserve facilitates the transaction and collects a per-tier platform fee on successful charges. When a venue supports online payment, you will be charged at the time of booking. When a venue collects payment in person, no charge is made through Reserve. Refunds are issued via Stripe and follow the venue’s policy.
You agree not to abuse the booking system (e.g., repeated cancellations, no-shows, or attempts to book on behalf of others without permission). Reserve may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Reserve is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee availability or uninterrupted service. Reserve is not liable for disputes between you and a venue; those must be resolved directly with the venue.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
These terms are governed by Hungarian law. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably fall under the jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts.
